Booking Cancellation Policy
We understand that plans can change, and we aim to provide flexibility where possible. However, due to the nature of our bookings, we enforce the following cancellation policy to ensure fairness for both our guests and our business.
1. Cancellations More than 30 Days Before the Booked Date:

If a cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the booked date, no refunds will be issued.

Guests may reschedule their booking to a future date within 12 months of the original booking date, subject to availability.

Failure to reschedule within the 12-month period will result in the forfeiture of the booking and all associated payments.
2. Cancellations Between 14 and 30 Days Before the Booked Date:

If a cancellation is made between 14 and 30 days before the booked date, no refunds will be issued.

Guests may reschedule their booking to a future date within 6 months of the original booking date, subject to availability.

An administration fee of 15% of the total booking cost will apply for late cancellations. This fee is non-refundable.

Failure to reschedule within the 6-month period will result in the forfeiture of the booking and all associated payments.
3. Cancellations Between 7 and 14 Days Before the Booked Date:

If a cancellation is made between 7 and 14 days before the booked date, no refunds will be issued.

Guests may reschedule their booking to a future date within 3 months of the original booking date, subject to availability.

A cancellation fee of 25% of the total booking cost will apply to cover administrative and lost opportunity costs.

Failure to reschedule within the 3-month period will result in the forfeiture of the booking and all associated payments.
4. Cancellations Within 7 Days of the Booked Date:

If a cancellation is made within 7 days of the booked date, no refunds will be issued, and rescheduling will not be allowed.

The full booking amount will be retained as a cancellation fee.

In exceptional circumstances (such as serious illness or emergencies), management may, at its sole discretion, allow the guest to reschedule the booking within 3 months of the original date. This will be assessed on a case-by-case basis and is not guaranteed.
General Provisions

No Refunds: All cancellations are subject to our no-refund policy, unless otherwise specified in writing by the resort in rare, exceptional cases.

Force Majeure: In the event of unforeseen circumstances beyond our control (such as natural disasters or government-imposed restrictions), Desnudo Naturist Resort reserves the right to cancel or reschedule bookings without penalty to the guest.

Non-Transferability: Bookings are non-transferable and cannot be assigned to another person without prior approval from resort management.

Dispute Resolution: Any disputes arising from this policy shall be addressed through mediation or arbitration before any legal action is pursued.
