Desnudo offers a variety of amenities to enhance your naturist experience, including:

  • Pools for swimming and relaxation.

  • Pool Bar and restaurant for refreshing drinks and delicious meals.

  • Braai areas for enjoying outdoor barbecue gatherings.

  • Fishing, with a catch-and-release policy, providing opportunities for relaxation and enjoyment of nature.

  • An à la carte restaurant with a bar, providing upscale dining options.

  • Pool tables, darts, Poker tables, and other recreational activities for entertainment.

Soon-to-be-added amenities include:​

  • Boma events area for communal gatherings and special events.

  • Volleyball court for friendly games and exercise.

  • Putt-putt course for fun and leisure.

  • Chess sets for strategic play and relaxation.

Are single guests welcome at Desnudo?

Yes, single guests are welcome at Desnudo, provided they are registered members of SANNA (South African Naturist National Association) or IFN (International Federation of Naturism). We value inclusivity and diversity within our naturist community and look forward to welcoming solo travelers who share our commitment to naturist principles and respectful behavior.

Is the resort clothing-optional or strictly nudist?

The resort is strictly nudist, meaning nudity is mandatory within designated areas.

Is Desnudo family-friendly?

Are cellphones allowed at Desnudo?

We kindly ask guests to limit the use of cellphones while on the resort premises to respect the naturist atmosphere and promote social interaction. Additionally, photography or video recording is strictly prohibited without prior consent from all parties within the frame. We prioritize the privacy and comfort of our guests and appreciate your cooperation in preserving the relaxed and respectful environment at Desnudo.

What is the policy on public nudity at Desnudo?

Nudity is only permitted within the premises of Desnudo. Guests are kindly requested to dress before leaving the resort gate. We appreciate your cooperation in adhering to our policy to maintain the privacy and comfort of our guests and respect local regulations regarding nudity outside the resort premises.

Can I bring my pet?

Unfortunately, we do not allow outside pets. However, it's important to note that we have 2 small dogs and 2 cats, on the resort, which are very well trained and mannered. Yet, for the comfort of all guests, including those with allergies or fears of animals, our pets will be kept out of sight during your stay.

How do I get there?

23 Jukskeidrift Road, Lanseria, Gauteng, South Africa. 

Desnudo is around 8km pass Lanseria Airport just off the R512 | Malibongwe Road. 

What should I bring to Desnudo?

We recommend bringing the following items to ensure a comfortable and enjoyable stay:

  • Sunscreen to protect your skin during outdoor activities.

  • Hats to shield your face from the sun.

  • Towels for use everywhere on the resort where the guest would like to sit down, including by the pool, after swimming, and in seated areas of the bar and restaurant.

  • Sunglasses for eye protection.

  • Comfortable footwear for walking around the resort.

  • Clothing for off-site excursions or dining in nearby towns.

What is the etiquette regarding social interaction at Desnudo?

At Desnudo, we appreciate and encourage respectful social interaction among guests. We kindly ask everyone to adhere to common courtesy and treat others with kindness and consideration. Your cooperation contributes to maintaining the friendly and welcoming atmosphere that defines our naturist community.

What happens in case of inclement weather at Desnudo?

In case of rainy weather, guests are welcome to head indoors to our restaurant and bar area, which provides indoor seating. Here, they can enjoy refreshments and socialize in a comfortable environment. Additionally, guests can challenge each other to games like pool or enjoy other indoor activities available at the resort.

Are children allowed at the resort? Are there any age restrictions? What is their dress code?

At Desnudo Resort, we strive to create a comfortable, safe, and respectful environment for all our guests. After careful consideration, we’ve decided to transition to an adults-only policy and no longer accommodate children. This change allows us to focus on providing an environment where adult guests can fully relax and enjoy the resort’s amenities with peace of mind.
